Leffe
All 'Leffe beers' are brewed by Artois Brewery, among others known for their pilsner Stella Artois. The brewery is located in Leuven, Belgium, and falls under AB-Inbev. The Abbey of Leffe was founded in 1152, a Premonstratensian abbey that housed canons. In mid-1240 the plague broke out, after which the abbey decided to produce a healthy and fortifying drink. The aim of the alcoholic drink was to make fewer people sick by killing all bacteria. With a unique brewing process, all germs were eradicated. After the French Resolution (1929) the brewing tradition has continued. Artois Brewery is one of the breweries that has ensured that a lager is no longer considered the standard beer. This has resulted in a major breakthrough in the specialty beer world. With Leffe Blond 0.0, the brewery may have the best non-alcoholic specialty beer in the world!- Leffe Blond 0.0 - Alcohol-free
