Why an Alcohol-free  Distillate?

No Ghost in a Bottle is the latest creation by Ludwig Lampaert, who brought an award-winning gin, a vermouth and 2 popular rums to the market with his company Ghost in a Bottle. "During many tastings I noticed that there are always people who don't drink alcohol. Also in my private life I saw that there were people who were excluded because they didn’t take part in the ceremony that surrounds alcoholic beverages. For the non-alcoholic drinkers I also wanted to make a drink with the same culinary experience. After a year of research, many tests and many disappointments later, I finally came to a mixture of a few herbal distillates without alcohol. A couple of days later this first alcohol-free gin was given to a non-alcoholic drinker. The reaction was overwhelming, both in taste and experience", Ludwig says.
