The grapes for this award-winning non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine come from in-house vineyards in Touraine (Loire) and are grown specifically to make non-alcoholic wine. The sauvignon blanc is ideal for alcohol-free making because of its extraordinary aromatic potential and balance between sugars and acids. A touch of cot (malbec) and cabernet franc not only gives the wine a beautiful salmon pink colour, but also subtle notes of fresh red fruits such as blueberry, raspberry and blackberry. On the palate, the fruity sensation, roundness and freshness provide a pleasing balance

The base wine is made this way to get the best results after dealcoholisation. The wine is de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation at low temperature, which keeps the aromas intact and allows you to retain the fresh and fruity profile of sauvignon blanc, complemented by the aromas of red fruit. Finally, CO2 is added for a refreshing bubble. Serve well chilled.
