Divin Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc - Alcohol-free
Produced in the Loire Valley, DIVIN Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc was selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance between sweetness and acidity, allowing them to produce a base wine ideal for the delicate process of dealcoholisation. The vacuum distillation method was chosen, allowing us to respect the quality and characteristics of the original wine by distilling at low temperature. Finally, CO2 is added to obtain this refreshing, fruity sparkling wine.
The colour is pale yellow with discreet golden highlights. In the nose, notes of passion fruit and mango, but also as well as more delicate notes of white fruit, peach and nectarine. The palate is very round, with notes of ripe fruit, balanced by a refreshing sparkle. Serve well chilled.
The Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling 0.0% is a natural drink for festive occasions, but can also be served as an aperitif or used to make a delicious mocktail.
