Noughty Rouge - Alcohol-free

The Noughty De-alcoholised Rouge is made from Syrah grapes from dryland vineyards in Darling, South Africa. The grapes are grown on strategically selected sites that receive the warm sun and cooling effect of the Atlantic Ocean. Deep soils of decomposed granite and rich clay provide good drainage.

The wine is distilled to 0.5% ABV using gently rotating cone technology under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure the wine retains its characteristic body, colour and flavour.  Noughty Rouge is aged on a mix of 3rd and 4th barrels and French/American oak bars for approximately 8 -10 months.

Noughty Rouge is a beautifully balanced red wine that is deep ruby red in colour with hints of ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petal and candied cherries integrated with tannins from French oak.

With only 14 calories per glass and only 2.5g of sugar per 100ml, this is the perfect alternative to your usual alcoholic red wine.
