A floral blend of copper-pot distillates including hand-picked peas and hay from the Ben Branson farm and traditional garden herbs (rosemary, spearmint, and thyme) that are native to the English countryside.

Serve 50ml Seelip  Garden 108 with tonic and garnish with a few garden peas.

Process

The main ingredients in the Garden 108 are peas, hay, spearmint, rosemary, and thyme. These ingredients are individually cold-macerated, distilled, mixed and filtered to bring out a unique taste. In maceration, the ingredients are exposed to a liquid which absorbs specific ingredients and flavours. The Garden 108 has a spicy, fresh flavour. This product is currently being served in more than 50 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. Also, it is used in high-end bars and 5-star hotels.
