The aroma of the Sober Spirits Amaretto is reminiscent of an authentic Italian amaretto with notes of bitter almonds, hazelnuts, caramelized dried fruit, morello cherries and a hint of vanilla. For all your alcohol-free cocktails you can use this alcohol-free Amaretto in the same way and in the same dosage as an alcoholic amaretto (4 to 5cl per cocktail). The aroma is pleasant and subtle so you can also enjoy it neat with ice, in coffee, in pastries and of course in non-alcoholic cocktails.
